Now Released: Configure in AgentFlow

Building AI Agents That Work Like Your Team Does

Most AI platforms offer prebuilt AI Agents with little flexibility or require businesses to invest in custom development. Neither option works for regulated industries like finance and insurance, where accuracy, compliance, and domain knowledge matter the most. These teams need AI Agents tailored to their specific documents, processes, and rules without long dev cycles or costly work.

AgentFlow already offers AI Agents for document processing, search, and decision automation. Now, we’re introducing Configure, one of six modules in AgentFlow. It is an interface that allows you to set up new standalone AI Agents, trained on your data and aligned with your internal workflows.

Introducing Configure in AgentFlow

Configure is the self-serve module in AgentFlow that lets teams build and deploy AI Agents without starting from scratch. It’s part of the Make phase—one of three core processes in AgentFlow: Make, Monitor, and Manage.

Agent configuration is one of the most overlooked yet essential parts of enterprise AI adoption. Without it, organizations are stuck with general-purpose models that fail on real-world data. Configure solves this by providing a way to make AI Agents that are accurate, secure, and aligned with how your business actually works.

With Configure, you can privately deploy domain-specific AI Agents within 90 days using an API-first platform. For example, you can build a claims review Agent for insurance, a KYC automation Agent for finance, or configure a Search Agent to pull data from internal systems. Configure gives you complete control to define each step of the workflow—from intake and validation to extraction, routing, and more.

You can design custom schemas, set rules for data validation, upload sample documents, and assign reviewers for human-in-the-loop QA. The UI is intuitive and flexible, so teams can work collaboratively and iteratively.

The main benefit? You get AI Agents that speak your language and are fine-tuned to your documents, systems, and terminology. You can adapt workflows as your business changes. Configure also includes optional white-glove implementation services for enterprises that want expert guidance from day one.

Why Configure Is Different

Unlike most low-code or no-code AI builder tools, Configure is purpose-built for complex, regulated industries. Financial and insurance workflows require high accuracy, auditability, and fast turnaround. Configure addresses this with precision tools for data modeling, robust QA controls, and deployment flexibility.

It also goes beyond basic automation by supporting the full AI Agent lifecycle from initial setup to fine-tuning. That means your Agents keep improving as your team works.

How Configure Works

Configure lets you set up every part of your workflow, beginning with document intake and ending with output validation. Here’s what it supports:

  • Custom workflow creation for tasks like loan origination, claims processing, and underwriting with a step-by-step interface for creating custom schemas that match regulatory, business, or product-specific requirements.

  • Submission intake with category tagging and automatic routing for document types like mortgage applications, health claims, and auto insurance policies to reduce manual triage and speed up processing.

  • AI-powered data extraction with real-time validation and error handling for fields like policyholder names, claim amounts, and financial metrics, checked against internal records or policy terms to ensure compliance and data integrity.

  • Flexible schema setup for all major field types (e.g., string, integer, enum, list), with support for validation rules and custom logic.

  • Annotation setup with quality control guidelines, reviewer roles, and human-in-the-loop validation.

  • Draft saving and version tracking, including audit logs of configuration changes for compliance and traceability.

  • Secure deployment options (on-prem or private cloud) with configurable resource allocation and scaling parameters to meet industry and regulatory requirements. Audit trails and compliance reports are generated automatically for regulatory review.

  • Seamless API integration with document management systems, CRMs, and core platforms to eliminate manual data transfer.

All configurations are saved, monitored, and adjustable. Admins can manage role-based permissions and review annotation progress. The platform is built to scale, handling high document volumes and complex workflows typical of large financial and insurance organizations.
